Types of data collected

The site collects, directly or through third parties: cookies, surname, name and email address. This data may be provided voluntarily by the user or collected automatically while browsing. The user is responsible for any third-party data submitted through the site and warrants having the right to share it.

Purpose of processing

  • Contacting the User: mailing list and newsletter — the email address provided is added to a contact list for informational, commercial or promotional communications.
  • Contact form: submitted data is used to respond to the request made (budget, information, etc.).
  • Address and email management: a contact database is built to communicate with the user, with tracking of message opens and link clicks.
  • Statistics: Google Analytics with IP anonymization (the last octet of the IP address is removed before storage for users located in the EU/EEA). Processed in the USA.
  • External platform content display: Google Maps widget embedded in the site’s pages (browsing data collected by Google, processed in the USA).

Security and retention

The Controller implements the physical, electronic and organizational security measures needed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or deletion of collected data. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the requested service and within the limits set by law. Certain third-party providers (hosting, IT services, couriers, agencies) may have access to data in this context.

User rights

The user may ask the Controller to confirm the existence of their data, its origin and purpose; request that it be updated, corrected, completed, restricted, deleted or anonymized; and object to its processing on legitimate grounds. Requests must be submitted in writing to the Controller using the contact details above.
